Once you get up, you start the day by getting ready, doing household chores and working on your other responsibilities. As for your skin, you might just clean it with a face wash and then slap a bit of moisturiser or sunscreen. Washing your face is important to remove oil and impurities that get accumulated at night. You can start by using plain water and then move on to massaging your face with natural ingredients. Facial massage might sound like a long procedure, but it’s not. You just need five minutes to do massage in the morning for glowing skin. Then you can move on to your other skin care products.

Natural ingredients you can use for morning facial massage

Take out 4 to 5 minutes from your morning schedule to massage your skin with ingredients that will nourish your skin, make it brighter and provide hydration. Try these natural ingredients for massage:

1. Papaya pulp

Papaya is a rich source of vitamin C, Vitamin A, folate, potassium and fiber, and all these nutrients can help to not only support healthy immune system, but also skin. It helps to reduce acne by removing dead skin cells that are often responsible for clogging pores (masks using papaya for glowing skin).

2. Sesame oil

Use sesame oil and washed ghee to massage your face for glowing skin. Washed ghee contains vitamins A, D, E and K, which are all good for the skin. Sesame oil contains vitamin E, which protects the skin cells, says the expert. It is also packed with antioxidants that will soothe the skin, reducing the appearance of scars and rashes.

3. Coconut oil

Coconut oil is loved by women with dry skin, as it can help to reduce dryness by locking in moisture, and also help in removing impurities and soothing skin irritations.

4. Jojoba oil

It contains Vitamin E and B-complex vitamins that promote skin repair and also control damage. It can even reduce redness that is sometimes caused by drying.
