Haircare can be quite tough at times as there are many major factors affecting it, including weather, pollution, lack of care, and poor diet. Most men and women start developing grey hair even before their 30s. Stress and nutrient deficiency are two major causes of hair fall and premature greying of hair.

Your hair may go grey naturally as you age, but premature greying of hair can be combated with a good lifestyle. Other than a balanced diet, some homemade hair packs can help you to reduce the appearance of grey hair
