Practice these 5 moves every day for 15 minutes and get a natural face lift right at home

2. Eye massage
Now, move on to your eyes. The kind of time we spend on our screens nowadays makes our eyes tired and puffy. To reduce the puffiness underneath your eyes, massage the skin around your eyes gently in a clock and anticlockwise direction. After doing five rounds of each, put your palm on your eyes for 15 seconds, and now repeat the massage. Do this at least 5 to 6 times.
3. Cheek pull-ups
Here’s a motion that is very important. Grease your hands first to glide them properly on your face. Now, from your nose bridge, glide your hands towards your ears. Repeat it a few times.
Now, bring your finger around your mouth area and glide it towards the end of your eyes.
Stick to side and upward movements only, there won’t be any downward move.
4. Chin pull-ups
Hold your chin using your thumb and index finger, and move from your chin towards your ear. Basically, across the jawline. Again, the movement will only be from your chin to ear. Do this for 10 to 15 times.
5. Neck massage
Stretch your neck upwards, put your knuckles under your chin, and pull downwards towards your collarbone. Do this 10 times.
