Watermelon is a hydrating fruit. With the richness of vitamin C and antioxidants, it is also a natural toner and helps to reduce inflammation and puffiness.

To enjoy the benefits of a watermelon face pack, take a few pieces of watermelon and mash them into a pulp. Add a tablespoon of honey and a tablespoon of yogurt to the pulp and mix well. Apply the pack on your face and neck and leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Wash it off with cold water and pat dry your face for a hydrated, refreshed and glowing skin.

Dr Chahar says, “Strawberries besides being sweet and juicy are rich in antioxidants, vitamin C and alpha-hydroxy acids. They help to brighten and exfoliate the skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles”.

Take a handful of few ripe strawberries and mash them into a pulp. Add a tablespoon of honey and a tablespoon of oatmeal to the pulp and mix well. Apply the pack on your face and neck and leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off and pat dry for a smoother, brighter, and more youthful skin.

5. Pineapple face pack
