When Health Shots spoke to Dr Rinky Kapoor, Consultant Dermatologist, Cosmetic Dermatologist, and Dermato-Surgeon, The Esthetic Clinics to find the best DIY lip balms, she said “Summer can be brutal to the lips. The skin on the lips is thin and does not have glands to keep it moisturized therefore harsh weather conditions make the lips dry, cracked, and chapped. But with a little care in the summer months, you too can have soft and glossy lips.”
