1. Don’t go to bed with wet hair

When you’ve just washed your hair and it is still wet, it is vulnerable to breakage and damage. It is for this exact reason that experts often advise that you avoid combing or brushing your hair immediately after washing it.

The same principle is applicable to going to bed with wet hair. Tossing and turning in bed when your hair is still wet might lead to breakage and damage. Hence, schedule your hair wash in a way that you don’t end up going to bed with wet hair.

2. Tying up your hair before bed must be avoided

So many of us are guilty of hitting the bed when our hair is still tied up in a bun or a ponytail. This puts our hair roots under constant pressure overnight.
