Hair strands are majorly made of a protein called keratin while omega provides the luster to hair. Noshing on food rich in these nutrients is considered the first step for hair revival.” says Hariharan.
To keep your hair problems at bay, here are some expert tips for hair care:
- For healthy and clean hair, it’s essential to use a gentle shampoo suited specifically to your hair. Use a conditioner to protect hair. Leave-in conditioners are not only necessary in the winter, but also in the summer.
- Hariharan suggests staying out in the sun for a long time damages your strands and causes them to frizz. Therefore the most important task here is to cleanse and purify your hair often.
- Between your regular shampoo rituals, maintain scalp health. It will ensure strong hair growth, it is one way to keep your hair growing and glowing
- Additionally, use ingredients/products such as coconut oil, argan oil, and aloe vera, which work as an aid in hydrating and protecting your hair. However, it is important to know your hair type and its concerns to ensure you use suitable hair products.
