What you eat affects your general health greatly and it includes hair health too. if your hair is not getting enough nutrients, it becomes dry, limp, frizzy, and falls off from the follicles. A little care from your side can ensure that the lustrous mane remains the way it is and the simplest way to do it is to include the power packed seeds in your diet.
