Well ladies, you’re in for a surprise because this creamy dip can resolve various hair problems like hair fall and dandruff. Is there a particular reason for that?

Mayonnaise contains eggs, which are packed with protein. Besides, it also contains a mixture of vegetable oil and vinegar, and together these ingredients deeply nourish your scalp, helping in healthy hair growth, reducing hair fall and improving the hair texture.

Read on to know its several hair benefits:

1. Helps in hair growth

Mayonnaise is known to contain an amino acid called L-cysteine that plays an important role in improving the growth of your hair. Besides, the egg present in mayonnaise is high in protein content, which helps to strengthen and thicken your hair follicles.

2. Deep conditions your hair

Packed with amino acids and fatty acids, mayonnaise helps to hydrate your hair and keeps your hair healthy and fresh. It is a great conditioner that helps to soften the tresses, and acts as a great alternative to your chemical conditioners.
